We accept all major credit cards, paypal payments, direct deposits, personal checks and LuxLux gift cards. We also have layaway and finance options.

Yes. You can visit our showroom. Wether you want to see an item you saw on our website up close, picking your purchase or you want to drop your items for repair, please contact us. If you would like to see an item from other boutiques we sell, please specify that as we have only our consignment item in the showroom.
The Market is our consignment store. We offer pre owned and new luxury items.

Yes!!! We added a "Make Offer" option to our luxury items. We are not a regular consignment store. We here for our members and we want every item to find a home in the best price possible, for us, the buyer and the seller (it is possible, well most of the time).

The only items that are priced over the retail value are usually brand new items that are hard to find. All other items are 20%-80% discounted, depends on condition and rarity. Please note that our items are either brand new or in impeccable condition only.
We accept return for a full refund (minus the shipping). We must accept the item in our facilities within 21 days. Members are required to fill the return form within 2 days of receiving the item. Final sale or non refundable items will be specified.

Full priced items will stay in cart Indefinitely or until they not available anymore. Accepted offer items will stay in cart for the time that was agreed in the acceptance details. Usually accepted offer items will be kept in cart for 2 hours.
Yes, we do both. We prefer to consign because you will get more value for item. We have the lowest fees in the industry, so consigning is the best option.
We will send you a pre paid label for shipping upon consigning agreement. If you ship items to us using your own choice of shipping method, we require that you use signature confirmation with the carrier you choose. If you located in NY, NJ or Connecticut, we can come pick it up, and of course you can drop it in our NY showroom.
We have 4 ways: Direct deposit to your bank account, check issued, paypal transfer (will require 2.9% fee) or if you come to our showroom, we can give you cash.
We do list some items on eBay for some extra exposure but we mostly sell in our website and showroom. Unlike other consignment online store, we are very selective with what we buy and sell and our inventory is limited, so we have more then enough traffic on our own.
We offer professional jewelry, handbags and small leather goods repair and cleaning. But we can also assist you with are restoration and other projects.
As safe as it can be. We take photos of every item we receive. We check each piece to make sure diamonds and metals are real. We will cover any damage that may occur by us.
We can send you a shipping label or you can ship it on your own. In both case items will need to be shipped insured and with a signature required. Member will have to pay for shipping.
Yes. We actually prefer that you drop your items at our showroom. For fast services like jewelry cleaning and watch battery replacements, you can stay and wait until your item is done.

Yes. All orders shipped by are fully insured and covered by us.
Yes. We ship all over the world, excluding some countries due to tougher customs laws.
Due to strict customs regulations we must mark all customs forms as used items (not stating the brand), valued at the dollar amount you paid for the item (minus shipping). International shipments are subject to inspection by international customs authorities and in accordance with the law, we will not mark international shipments as a "gift" in an attempt to avoid customs fees. Please contact us if you have any other questions about international shipping.
